ASF Jeans manufactures women's, men's and kids' denim: five-pocket jeans in every contemporary fit — slim, straight, tapered, wide-leg, baggy, flare and mom — alongside denim jackets, overshirts, cargo and workwear trousers and knit-denim joggers.
Fabrics are 100% cotton, cotton-elastane stretch, selvedge and PFD (prepared-for-dye) in weights from 9 to 14.2 oz, always with original YKK hardware. Washing and dyeing happen in-house: stone, enzyme, acid/vintage, washed black and custom shades developed to your colour reference and recorded as repeatable recipes.
We work as a full-package (FPP/OEM) private label manufacturer — fabric sourcing to export packing under one roof — and support CMT for brands that supply fabric.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label jeans?
We work with low minimums by design. The exact MOQ depends on fabric and wash, but single-style commissions from a few hundred pieces are common, and we regularly support first collections for new European and American brands. Send your quantities through the order form and we confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Do you produce for brands in Europe and the United States?
Yes — we ship to more than 180 countries and produce private label denim for brands across Europe, the UK and the USA. Production in Istanbul means EU Customs Union access for European buyers and fast, established freight lanes to North America.
Which garments and fabrics do you cover?

Can you match a custom wash or colour?
Yes. Stone, enzyme, acid/vintage, washed black and custom PFD shades are developed in-house to your reference, then recorded as repeatable recipes so bulk matches the approved sample, batch after batch.
How fast are sampling and production?
Prototypes and salesman samples are typically ready in days, because pattern room, sample room and laundry share one roof. Bulk production is usually 4–8 weeks depending on quantity, fabric and wash complexity — confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Full-package (FPP/OEM) or CMT?
Both. Our core offer is full package — fabric sourcing to export packing under one roof. CMT is available for brands supplying their own fabric.
Can you use our labels, patches and packaging?
Yes — private label is our core business. We attach your woven labels, leather patches, hangtags and packaging, or develop them with you. Garments can also ship unbranded or under the ASF label.
