For more than a decade our jeans have been designed, cut, sewn and finished in Istanbul and across Turkey — collections that range from timeless classics to the latest trends for private-label brands across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States — with fast turnaround at every step.

03 — THE CRAFT

Pattern & Sampling
Pattern construction and sample making set the accuracy and style of every collection — from first sketch to salesman sample, in days.

Fabric Testing
Every fabric passes visual inspection, then tests for strength, elasticity and shrinkage — including its reaction to washing — before a single metre is cut.

Cutting & Sewing
Fabric is laid and cut to the character of each material; pieces are joined, edges finished, fasteners and details set — original YKK hardware only.
IV
Washing
A preliminary wash removes impurity and shrinkage; boiling techniques, enzymes and stone then develop the fade and soften the hand-feel of every cast.
V
Quality Control
Visual inspection, size conformity, zipper and button function, seam-strength testing — a defective piece never leaves the floor.
VI
Ironing & Packing
Steam finishing brings the presentable drape; careful folding and packing protect every pair on its way to 180+ countries.

FACILITY 01
THE FABRIC VAULT
A library of indigo futures.
Every ASF pair begins here, in a corridor walled with indigo. Rolls of selvedge and stretch denim rest like volumes in a library — each bolt logged, shade-banded and climate-kept until its pattern calls. Nothing enters production that has not first passed the vault's strength, elasticity and shrinkage tests.

THE CUTTING HALL
Where the fit is decided.
Patterns drafted in-house are laid over dozens of denim plies and cut in a single, decisive pass. Millimetric discipline here decides everything that follows — a fit is won or lost at the blade. Our cutters read fabric the way tailors read cloth: with their hands first.

THE SEWING LINES
Panels become garments.
Under pools of lamplight, flat pieces take their final form: chain-stitched waistbands, felled seams, bartacks at every point of strain. Dedicated lines for women's, men's and kids' collections keep every operator inside a silhouette they know by heart. Original YKK hardware is set — never substituted.

THE DYE HOUSE
Colour, taken the slow way.
Rope-dyed yarn takes its shade dip after dip in midnight vats, oxidising from green to deep indigo between every pass. Depth of colour is decided here, hours before a needle is ever involved. This is the room that gives an ASF jean its soul — and where private-label partners name shades of their own.

THE LAUNDRY
Washes developed like photographs.
Stone, enzyme, boil and ozone: our laundry develops a wash the way a darkroom develops film. Every cast is prototyped, coded and repeatable to the batch — vintage character that can be reordered by the thousand, identical to the sample you approved.

THE FINISHING ROOM
The last hand before the world.
Steam sets the final drape; a last human hand measures, presses and folds. Each pair is wrapped in kraft and tied like correspondence — because for our partners, that is exactly what it is. From this table, ASF denim leaves for more than 180 countries.
